Before You Order
A few things worth knowing
A little planning helps us make your cake beautifully and helps your celebration run smoothly
Extra Time Needed
For Monday pickups and the day after public holidays, please allow 1 extra day. No orders can be processed or picked up on public holidays.
Add a Chocolate Message Plaque
We do not write directly on cakes. To include a message like “Happy Birthday” or a name, please tick “Add a Chocolate Plaque” at checkout ($5.00) and leave your message in the Special Instructions box.
Gelatine
Some of our cakes contain gelatin, which is made from pig skin. At the moment, we do not have vegetarian, halal, or plant-based alternatives available, but we truly appreciate your understanding.
We Don't Do Eggless Cakes
All of our cakes contain egg, milk, soy, gluten, and wheat, and we currently do not have an eggless option available. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your pickup time. We are unable to make changes or offer refunds within 48 hours of your scheduled pickup.
